Yosef Yeshaya Braun
Rabbi Yosef Yeshaya Braun is an Orthodox rabbi and a member of the Chabad Hasidic movement. As a member of the Crown Heights Beth Din (rabbinical court), Rabbi Braun is considered one of the community's chief rabbis (Aramaic, מרא דאתרא (''Marah D'Asra'')).〔An Aramaic equivalent of "Chief Rabbi".〕 The rabbinical court is the spiritual and religious body governing the Crown Heights Chabad community. There are currently four rabbis serving on the Beth Din:

*Rabbi Yosef Heller
*Rabbi Yaakov Schwei
*Rabbi Yosef Yeshaya Braun
